Home Child Care Coordinator/Visitor
I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 34 years, graduating in 1983. I started as a frontline ECE Staff, working into an Assistant Supervisor role before joining Great Beginnings in 1989 as a Home Child Care Visitor. Currently I hold the position of Home Child Care Coordinator/Visitor overseeing our Licensed Home Child Care Program. I find the most satisfaction in connecting a Home Child Care Provider with a family and supporting that relationship as it blossoms and grows. I thoroughly enjoy bringing awareness to Licensed Home Child Care in the community at large, making known its home-like atmosphere and flexibility as a child care option. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to work for an agency that provides quality child care and where families feel comfortable leaving their little ones with us. I feel that says a lot about who we are and makes me proud to be a part of the Great Beginnings family.
