Supervisor of Program & Policy/OEY
Upon graduation in 2010 I entered the field of Early Childhood Education working as a Supply Staff at a local child care center. Since then, I have worked as a frontline ECE Staff and as an Ontario Early Years Facilitator with the City of Windsor. I joined Great Beginnings in June of 2016 taking on the role of Supervisor of Program and Policy, along with overseeing the Ontario Early Years Programs at both our California and Bloomfield sites. I am excited to be a part of the team, enjoying a position that is different every day! My role is to support the staff through the exciting changes in our field, through the Ministry of Education, and to offer support within all three programs we provide to families. What I love most about my position with Great Beginnings is being part of the planning and implementation of new ideas. What brings me most joy is building relationships with families and celebrating children’s milestones together. Come and join us!
