I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education since my graduation in June of 1992 and joined Great Beginnings in 1996. Over the last 25 years I have worked as both a Supply Staff and a frontline ECE Staff, as well as an Assistant Supervisor. In 2008 I became the Child Care Center Supervisor at Great Beginnings, overseeing the staffing and operations of the center. What I love most about my current position is the connection with the children and families that I enroll; being a support to them and going the extra mile to make their child care experience a positive one. I also enjoy the comradery with the staff I am responsible for and encouraging them to be the best ECE’s they can possibly be! What I love most about Great Beginnings is the sense of team work and family as we all work together to see children grow and learn to their fullest potential.
